Join us at Spiraling Willow for "Tai Chi for Health around the Nati" a series of classes designed to promote wellness and balance. Enjoy our sessions at the following locations. Mondays: Knolton Place retirement community in Cincinnati, Class time 3:30pm- 4:30pm, Residents only! The Heights Movement in Lincoln Heights, class time 6:15pm-7:15pm. Wednesday: Cancer Support Community (CSC) in Blue Ash, Class time 1:30pm-2:15pm. FREE to all cancer survivors contact (CSC) (513) 791-4060 to sign up.
